Thank you for shopping with Crated by jujubee. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are carefully curated and often made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges on products that arrive damaged. We do not offer returns for change of mind, size preferences, or general dissatisfaction. Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at julie.presler@craftedbyjujubee.com.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and the original packaging.

  3. Once we verify the damage, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Resolution of damaged claims—including potential returns, replacements, or partial/full refunds—will be determined at our sole discretion based on the nature of the damage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
