Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Crated by jujubee, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Because many of our items are handmade, processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Processing & Turnaround Times

Please note the following production windows before your order is handed over to the carrier:

• Glitter Cups: 7–14 business days.

• Drip/Lava Cups: 3 business days.

• All Other Items: 5–10 business days.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If your order contains multiple items with different turnaround times, the entire order will ship according to the longest lead time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Depending on your location and the package size, we use:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been crafted and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the package has been scanned into their system.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the carrier and your proximity to our studio. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
